Public Safety. Plain and simple. As a prosecutor with over 10 years of experience I have the ability to identify offenders who can benefit from rehabilitation and those who are a threat to our communities. It is my goal to help those who need, and want, rehabilitation while excluding those who are doing nothing more than looking for their next victim.
In my time as Corporation Counsel I have developed an excellent understanding of the civil justice system as well. When litigants come in front of me, they can rest assured I will know the law, know the facts of their case, and will make fair and just rulings.

I became a lawyer to help enforce the law and make the community a safer place for my family and yours. Preserving the rule of law is the most important part of community safety. I am running because the judiciary must set the bar for the standard in the community and what will not be tolerated.

With almost 20 years of experience in the legal field, and having tried over 60 cases to a jury I know the civil and criminal justice system as well as anyone. I will protect the public from serious offenders, will rehabilitate good people who make mistakes, and will help litigants reach fair resolutions.

Im a small towner from Northern Wisconsin (Washburn). My father is a Vietnam Veteran with 35 years as a pipeliner while my mom raised myself and my two siblings. I had just about the best family someone could ask for, as well as growing up, "Up Nort" on the waters of Lake Superior.

Outside of my mission to keep the County safe, my time is spent helping coach my daughter's softball teams.

I also occasionally get asked to be my son's roadie when his band is on stage.

My wife Sarah and I have enjoyed making the valley our home during our 23 years of marriage.
